It\u2019s excellent. We like to define us as a traditional industry: all our specialities are made following the recipes of the past and have the same taste of the ancient times. Not only we select the best, healthy, genuine and preservative-free ingredients, but we also adopted all the international norms in order to offer our consumers 100% guaranteed products.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sassellese.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/mappa-sassellese-liguria.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1559\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Environmental certifications and excellences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ADR spa is certified <strong>ISO 9001 \/ Standard I.F.S.<\/strong> and <strong>B.R.C. \/ ambientale ISO 14001 \/ <em>RSPO Roundtable on sustainable palm oil for levels Mass Balance and Segregation<\/em><em>.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to the ISO 9001 certification, which provides for periodic checks on the overall quality of production processes, from ingredients selection to packaging and from warehouse management to every single stage of production, we decided to further monitor the internal procedures with the IFS and BRC certifications, which provide for a strict increase in quality control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The IFS Food Standard is a GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) recognized standard for auditing food manufacturers. The focus is on food safety and the quality of processes and products. The Decree defines characteristics and composition of the following products: Panettone, Pandoro, Colomba, Savoiardo, Amaretto, Amaretto Morbido. This law observes the traditional recipes and disciplines the productive system in order to improve the product characterization. The name <em><strong>\u201cAmaretto Morbido\u201d<\/strong><\/em> is given exclusively to the soft and sweet biscuit with the classic round shape and the cracked top. The product must have a moisture content of at least eight percent. The <strong>compulsory ingredients<\/strong> are: sugar (sucrose), <strong>apricot almonds (apricot kernels)<\/strong>, with <strong>fat content above 45%, almonds<\/strong>, which \u2013 singularly or in combination \u2013 must be not less than the <strong>35% of the total almonds<\/strong>; egg white of chicken egg. (The percentages of the two kind of almonds must be indicated separately). In fact, our recipe is composed by: <em>sugar, apricot kernels (39%), almonds (11%), egg white<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The quality of our products is not only good.
